Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.

We do not refund for change of mind.

All items are packaged within suitable shipping boxes or satchels. If the contents of your gift box arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace for you or provide a refund at our discretion. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your gift box.

Return Shipping for damaged or faulty products.

In some cases, we may request the damaged or faulty products to be returned to us for further investigation. To arrange return shipping, please call us on 1300 264 171 or email sales@luxecorporategifts.com.au and we will email you a courier docket for the items to be returned to us at our expense.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
